Learn PowerPoint

PowerPoint is the de facto presentation standard. Over 35 million PPT presentations are made every day by an estimated 500 million users worldwide. It was developed at a Silicon Valley startup in the mid-1980s. PowerPoint was first released for the Macintosh computer in 1987. Microsoft bought it for $14M three months after its initial launch and was their first significant acquisition.  PPT became a component of the Office suite in 1989 for Macintosh and in 1990 for Windows.

My Software Tutor has developed this three-pronged blueprint for your PowerPoint success:

  • Learn the software – functionality required, mastery optional
  • Construct an effective narrative – how to tell your story so others “get it.”
  • Deliver a compelling presentation – keep people interested & engaged

My Software Tutor will offer a three-level suite of Zoom-based, live instructor courses for PowerPoint. Courses will be scheduled on various days and times. A single level will typically be completed within the same week.
